Johnson & Sonthixay, started off as an idea between a couple looking to change the world with innovative solutions in multiple industries. After honing in on their passion for real estate, Francois Johnson and Jerilyn Sonthixay quickly realized they could use real estate as their vehicle to innovate the global landscape, while also raising capital for their future business ventures.

Currently, Johnson & Sonthixay offers acquisition services for real estate investors in various markets across the USA. Over time, Johnson & Sonthixay plans to expand the real estate business by building luxury properties in premiere international destinations.

We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.
